About me
Before setting up Abbey Book-keeping Services I held the position of Customer Project Manager within BT, in which I was responsible for the implementation of complex telecommunications solutions to large business customers.
During a career break to raise a family, I studied book-keeping, initially obtaining a Level III Diploma in Computerised Book-keeping. Since then I have continued my studies and have recently passed Level III Diploma in Manual Book-keeping, enhancing my membership to MICB CB.Dip.
I set up Abbey Book-keeping Services to utilise both my qualifications and customer service experience to provide a professional, local book-keeping service, whilst still enabling me to meet my family commitments.
I am a fully qualified Member of the Institute of Certified Book-keepers, hold a valid practising certificate issued by the Institute and am fully insured.
In my spare time, I am very active in my role as Chair of the Friends of Netley Abbey Junior School, a voluntary group working hard to raise valuable extra funds with a variety of events.
